The challenge
Delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning across active performance and production environments presented several challenges. These included maintaining quiet, non-intrusive operations during rehearsals, adapting to changing production schedules, and protecting sensitive equipment, costumes, and creative assets. At the same time, consistent presentation standards had to be upheld across both corporate and industrial spaces.

Office & administration
Daily cleaning of workspaces, meeting rooms, and common areas, with a strong focus on hygiene control and presentation standards aligned with corporate environments.
Rehearsal & production spaces
Carefully scheduled, non-intrusive cleaning aligned with rehearsal activities, including specialist floor care and dust control to protect equipment and costumes.
Warehouse & logistics facilities
Machine scrubbing and large-area floor maintenance, along with cleaning of racking zones, dispatch areas, and storage spaces to support safe and efficient operations.
Amenities & shared spaces
Daily servicing across all sites, including consumable replenishment, hygiene-focused cleaning, and deep cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, and breakout areas.

Methodology & Resources
A structured staffing model was implemented across all sites, tailored to individual operational requirements. Dedicated supervisors provided centralised oversight, ensuring consistency and quality across locations. Commercial-grade equipment, including HEPA vacuums and scrubbers, was used to maintain high standards, while flexible resourcing allowed adaptation to production schedules and peak activity periods.

Compliance & Accreditation
Clean Focus operates as a CM3 prequalified contractor, with independently assessed WHS systems. Our operations are supported by ISO-aligned management systems covering quality, work health and safety, and environmental management.
All services are delivered in full compliance with Fair Work requirements and workplace legislation, supported by public liability and workers compensation insurance. Our workforce is also compliant with Working With Children Check requirements.
